The forecasting solution developed by pacemaker.ai takes six different warehouse areas into account. With a forecast horizon of 84 days, the forecast accuracy is over 90%. In addition, the forecasts are not only available in the frontend developed by pacemaker.ai, but can also be exported to file formats such as Excel in order to achieve maximum compatibility with Hettich's existing processes and IT landscape. This approach enables Hettich to use the generated forecasts flexibly without having to change existing structures.
