Account Executive (m/w/d)

Permanent position, full-time - Remote Münster, Berlin, Düsseldorf

Are you a sales expert with a focus on solving complex customer requirements and have in-depth product knowledge? Do you enjoy working at an executive level and are you experienced in presenting customized solutions? As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the successful completion of our entire product range in the area of forecasting and sustainability management. As part of a dynamic team, you will work independently on qualified leads, present our solutions and support customers with a solution-oriented approach. You will work closely with the sales team, our Customer Success Manager and the marketing team.

Your area of responsibility

  • You accompany the entire sales process - from the first contact to the successful conclusion.
  • You take on qualified leads and handle both inbound and outbound leads.
  • You present our solutions and advise customers individually and in a solution-oriented manner on their specific challenges.
  • You conduct comprehensive consulting and sales discussions with decision-makers and managers at executive level.
  • You optimize the sales cycle, carry out solution selling and ensure the successful conclusion of sales contracts.
  • You will build long-term and trusting relationships with our key customers, ensuring lasting loyalty and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • You work closely with the Marketing and Customer Success team to continuously optimize the sales process and understand our customers' needs.
  • You take care of the maintenance and management of customer data in the CRM system and ensure a structured and transparent sales process.

What you bring with you

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in the B2B sector and with a deep understanding of solution selling.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of consulting and selling complex products and services - experience in SaaS, AI, Sustainability or Supply Chain is an advantage.
  • You have a proven track record of acquiring key customers and successfully closing sales contracts.
  • You have a strong sense of customer needs, are solution-oriented and able to maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • You have sound experience in working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • You have excellent German and very good English skills.
