The SaaS contract usually follows on from onboarding and includes operating software accessible to the customer that can be used in day-to-day business. If the customer decides to convert an onboarding project into a SaaS contract, an additional fee is paid for the SaaS contract.
*An annual contract value of at least 35,000€ results in a premium of 2,000€.

How do you go about acquiring customers?
1. tkMX sales representatives receive sales documents from pacemaker.ai by entering their email address at the top of the contact form. You are also welcome to contact a sales representative to clarify questions about the product or to have it explained to you personally again.
2. You contact companies for which pacemaker.ai products are suitable.
3. The relevant employees decide when to hand over the customer to the pacemaker.ai sales team (lead@pacemaker.ai), at the latest before the contract negotiation.
Which companies can I target?
The products of pacemaker.ai are industry-agnostic. Therefore, the products may be of interest to all (medium-sized) companies.
The greater the turnover and the warehousing costs / tied-up capital, the greater the added value that pacemaker.ai's solution can bring. Furthermore, the IT structure of the company is important; the more data available in an ERP system, the more that data can be used for both precise demand forecasting and detailed CO₂ calculation with Product Carbon Intelligence (PCI).

All tkMX employees are eligible for the bonus program. tkMX employees must still be employed by thyssenkrupp until the contract between pacemaker.ai and the customer is signed.

There is no limit to the number of customers that can be acquired for pacemaker.ai per employee.
How long will the program run?
